| 2 cup pumpkin |
| 3 1/2 cup flour |
| 2 tsp soda |
| 1 1/2 tsp salt |

| 1 tsp nutmeg |
Pumpkin Bread Directions
- Combine all ingredients, mixing to combine without over mixing.
- Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.
- Can sprinkle sugar on top before baking in 8 x 4 inch bread pan.
