| 1 cup water |
| 2 cup sugar |
| 1/3 cup brown sugar |
| 1 tsp real vanilla |
| 1/8 tsp salt |
| 1/4 cup cream (optional) |
Vanilla Syrup Directions
- Combine ingredients in a heavy sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- When syrup reaches Thread stage (215-235°,) remove from stove.
- Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
