Brownies
| 2 cup zucchini, grated |
| 1/2 cup oil |
| 2 tsp vanilla |
| 1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
| 2 cups flour |
| 1 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1 1/2 tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 cup cocoa |
Fudge Frosting
| 1/2 cup butter |
| 4 Tbls milk |
| 1 Tbls cocoa |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 3 cups powdered sugar |
Zucchini Brownies Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread in an ungreased jellyroll or 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes
- FOR THE FROSTING: Frost the brownies before cooling.
- Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil.
- While still hot, mix with powdered sugar.
- Frost Immediately.
- Frosting should harden quickly
