Lemon Dessert
| 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
| 2 egg yolks |
| 1/2 lb vanilla wafers |
| 2 lemons |
| 1/2 quart whipping cream |
Lemon Dessert Directions
- Mix milk and eggs; beat well.
- Grate lemon rind of 1 lemon and add juice of both lemons.
- Pack 1/2 wafers on the bottom of pan.
- Add milk mixture by drops of on top of crumbs.
- Smooth out.
- Add Whipped cream on top by spoonfuls.
- Top with remaining crumbs.
- Chill overnight or 3-4 hours
