Coffee Cake
| 1 large egg, beaten |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 2 tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 2 tsp butter, melted |
| 1 cup flour |
Topping
| 1/4 cup brown sugar |
| 1 tsp cinnamon |
| 1 Tbs flour |
| 1 Tbs butter, melted |
| 1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Coffee Cake Directions
- Combine egg, sugar, milk, and shortening.
- Add flour, with baking powder and salt.
- Mix well and pour in a paper-lined 8 x 8 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with topping mixture.
- Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes.
