| 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1/2 tsp vanilla |
| 3 eggs |
| 3 squares white chocolate. melted |
| 1 prepared Graham cracker crust |
| 3 Tbs red raspberry preserves |
White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Directions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix well.
- Stir in melted chocolate.
- Pour into crust.
- Melt in microwave preserves for 15 seconds.
- Dot top of cheesecake with preserves and cut through to create swirls.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
- Coll, then refrigerate.
