| 1 1/2 Tbs butter |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 2 packages Graham crackers, crushed |
Cheesecake:
| 1 8 ounce package cream cheese |
| 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
| 3/4 cup sugar |
| 1 16 ounce carton Whipped topping |
| 1/4 cup lemon juice |
| 1 16 ounce can fruit pie filling of your choice |
Deon Rhodes Prize Winning Cheesecake Directions
- Mix butter, sugar and crushed Graham crackers.
- Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass pan
- Beat sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; add cream cheese and sugar.
- Beat well.
- Fold in whipped topping and pie filling.
- Pour over Graham cracker crust.
- Chill and serve.
