| 3/4 cup vegetable oil |
| 3 eggs |
| 3/4 cup water, stirred in gradually |
Frosting
| 2 cup powdered sugar |
| 2 TBS lemons juice fresh |
| 1 Tbs lemon rind zest |
Lemon Cake I Directions
- Mix the cake according to directions.
- Bake a t 350° for 30-40 minutes until golden and pulls away from the edges.
- Don't wait for clean toothpick, its too moist.
- For the frosting, mix all ingredients together.
- Poke holes in the warm cake with a fork.
- Spoon frosting evenly over the cake
