Oatmeal Chocolate Crunchies
| 2 Tbs butter |
| 2 Tbs brown sugar |
| 1 Tbs milk |
| 1/8 tsp salt |
| 2 Tbs peanut butter |
| 1/4 tsp vanilla |
| 1/4 cup sugar Plus 2 Tablespoons |
| 2 Tbs milk |
| 1 Tbs cocoa |
| 3/4 cup quick oats |
| 2 Tbs flour |
Baked Oatmeal-Chocolate Crunchies Directions
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugars, milk, cocoa, and salt.
- Bring to a boil on low or meadium heat, boiling for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients and stir until well-mixed.
- Press in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes
