Cut-out cookies
| 2 cups sugar |
| 1 cup sour cream |
| 3 large eggs |
| 1/2 cup shortening |
| 2 tsp baking powder |
| 2 tsp baking soda |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1 tsp almond extract |
| 5 1/2 cup flour |
Sour Cream Cut-Outs Directions
- Beat sugar, sour cream, eggs, butter and shortening on medium speed.
- Add flour, almond extract, and salt on low speed.
- Chill 1 - 2 hours.
- Roll out sough to 1/2" thickness and cut out.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 6 - 8 minutes at 350°
