Special K Bars
| 1 cup sugar |
| 1 cup light Karo syrup |
| 12 ounces crunchy peanut butter |
| 4 cups Special K cereal |
| 1 6 ounce package chocolate chips |
| 1 6 ounce package butterscotch |
Special K Bars Directions
- Place sugar and karo syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add butter and Special K to the mixture.
- Blend well.and press in a jelly roll pan
- Allow to cool
- Melt together semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter scotch chips.
- Spread over top of cereal mixture. You probablywon't use all of it.
- Cool and cut into bars.
