Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
| 1 cup butter |
| 2 cup brown sugar |
| 1 cup granulated sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 1/2 cup water |
| 2 tsp vanilla |
| 2 1/4 cup white flour |
| 1 tsp baking soda |
| 6 cups oatmeal |
| 1 6 ounce package chocolate chips |
| raisins to taste (optional) |
| walnuts or pecans to taste (optional) |
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I Directions
- Mix together butter, sugars, eggs, water and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, oats, chips, raisins, and nuts.
- Add to butter mixture and mix well
- Drop onto a cookie sheet with non-stick pastery and bake 375° for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
- DON'T OVERBAKE!
