Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine |
| 1 medium onion, chopped |
| 10 cup zucchini, unpeeled, chopped |
| 2 cups chicken broth (can use bullion) |
| 1 10.75 ounce can Cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery or cream of mushroom) |
| 1 dash salt (to taste) |
| 1 dash pepper (to taste) |
Zucchini Bisque Directions
- Simmer ingredients until tender. Land in blender and add 1 cup of half and half or canned milk. Serve hot or cold
