Cajun Seasoned Flour
| 2 cups flour |
| 2 Tbs salt |
| 2 Tbs celery salt |
| 2 Tbs black pepper, freshly ground |
| 2 Tbs dry mustard |
| 4 Tbs paprika |
| 2 Tbs garlic powder |
| 2 Tbs onion powder |
| 1 Tbs cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 tsp thyme |
Cajun Seasoned Flour Directions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, making sure to blend well.
- Store in a tightly covered container or jar.
- For a crumb coating on fish, meat or poultry, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of the seasoned flour wit 1 cup of bread crumbs.
