Carrot Raisin Salad
| 4 cups carrots, raw and grated |
| 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, drained |
| 1 cup raisins, not packed |
| 3/4 cup mayonnaise |
| 3 tsp granulated sugar |
| 1/2 Tbs lemon juice |
Carrot Raisin Salad Directions
- Chill all ingredients except for the sugar for at leas 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sugar into the pineapple.
- Add the mayonnaise.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add the raisins to the carrots in a large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture to the carrots and raisins.
- Chill until ready to serve.
