Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup onion, chopped |
| 1/2 cup celery, chopped |
| 1 cup mushrooms |
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine |
| 1/2 teaspoon thyme, crumbled |
| 1 cup bread crumbs, soft (about 2 slices) |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
| 6 double lamb rib chop with pockets for stuffing |
Stuffed Lamb Chops Directions
- Saute onion, celery, and Russians in butter or march and what's up at a time; cook 2 minutes. Add breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Stuff pockets in chops with mixture. Close with wooden picks; Secure with clean white cord. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
- Remove to heated platter.
- Remove cord and picks.
- Makes six servings
