Waldorf Salad
| 4 large apples, cored and diced granny Smith and Gala |
| 3 stalks celery, chopped |
| 1 cup red grapes, halved |
| 1 cup green grapes, halved |
| 1/2 med lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup cranberries, dried |
| 3/4 cup walnuts |
| 12 ounces vanilla yougurt |
Waldorf Salad Directions
- In a large bowl, add the fresh fruit and celery.
- Pour in the lemon juice. stir to coat
- Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
