| 6 Tablespoons red wine vinegar |
| 3 Tasblespoons honey |
| 3/4 cup vegetable oil |
| 1/2 tsp oregano, dried |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
| 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce |
| 2 small garlic cloves, chopped |
Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week
