2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 sprigs fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic, mashed

For the Herb Sauce

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme leaves
1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon capers, chopped
salt & pepper - to taste

For Serving

Squab with Herb Sauce (Gilmore Girls-Inspired) Directions
