| 1 lb pork |
| 1/4 cup fat |
| 1/2 cup celery, diced |
| 1/4 cup onions, diced |
| 1/4 cup green pepper, diced |
| 1 Tablespoon salt |
| 2 cups rice, cooked |
| 1 cup tomato juice, cooked |
Pork Casserole Directions
- Cook port 10 minutes on both sides. Add celery, onions and green pepper.
- Cook 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Combine rice and tomatoes. Placing casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
