Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
1 10.75 ounce can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 10.75 ounce can Cream of Chicken Soup
2/3 cup rice, uncooked
1 can mushrooms with juice
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 cup water

Chinese Casserole II Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then place in a large flat casserole about 9 x 13 x 2 inch .
  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes Or until rice is done .
  3. Top casserole with 1/2 cup of slivered almonds and one can of Chinese noodles (Chow Mein).
  4. Placed back in oven for 10 more minutes than serve.
