Ingredients

Chicken Broccoli Casserole

1 large bunch broccoli, chopped and steamed until tender
6 chicken breasts, cooked in salted water, with 1/4 onion, 1/2 tsp thyme, and 1 bay leaf
2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chicken Broccoli Casserole Directions

  1. Drain the chicken and cut to bite sized pieces
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, place the broccoli and then the chicken.
  3. Make the sauce of the soup, Miracle Whip, lemon juice and curry powder.
  4. Spread on top of the chicken.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese.
  6. Garnish with the parsley flakes.
  7. Bake 25 minutes at 350°
