Ingredients
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
1 large bunch broccoli, chopped and steamed until tender |
6 chicken breasts, cooked in salted water, with 1/4 onion, 1/2 tsp thyme, and 1 bay leaf |
2 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup Miracle Whip |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 tsp curry powder |
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Chicken Broccoli Casserole Directions
- Drain the chicken and cut to bite sized pieces
- In a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, place the broccoli and then the chicken.
- Make the sauce of the soup, Miracle Whip, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Spread on top of the chicken.
- Top with the shredded cheese.
- Garnish with the parsley flakes.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°
