Ingredients:

24 vanilla wafers
1 15.25 ounce can pineapple, crushed
24 large marshmellows
3 Tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh
1 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Frozen Pineapple Cream Dessert Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, marshmallows, lemon juice and heat this mixture until marshmallows are melted. Cool. But the cream, add vanilla and sugar. 
  2. Arrange in layers in refrigerator tray in this order: vanilla wafer crumbs, pineapple mix, whipped cream and top layer of crumbs. 
  3. Let sit and refrigerator for 6 hours before serving.
