Ingredients:

1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 16 ounce can whole kernel corn, undrained
3 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Hamburger Casserole Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. In 2 1/2 quart casserole dish combine meat mixture, and a and drained corn and cooked macaroni. Add tomato sauce and mix until thoroughly combined. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. 
  2. This is great topped with fresh Parmeasn cheese.
