Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon oil
1 11.25 ounce can condensed chili beef soup
4 manicotti shells
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 cup cream-style cottage cheese, drained
1/2 cup sharp American Cheese, shredded
2 Tablespoons green chilis, chopped

Chili Manicotti Directions

  1. Cook onions and garlic in oil until tender; stir in soup. Cook Amana Coty in boiling salted water until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Cut shells in half crosswise, if necessary, to fit two individual baking dishes or 86 1/2 by 6 1/2 by 2 inch baking dish. 
  2. Combine egg, cottage cheese, and half the American cheese, and chili peppers. Spoon cheese mixture into manna Kati, pour half the Sioux mixture into the two individual baking dishs hoe or the 6 1/2 by 6 1/2 by 2 inch baking dish.
  3. Top with stuff manna Kati. Pour the remaining soup mixture over, being sure manic adi are coated. Bake, covered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes 
  4. Makes two servings.
