Ingredients

Caramel Apples

1 14 ounce pkg Kraft Caramels
2 Tbs water
4 medium apples
1 pkg wooden sticks

Caramel Apples Directions

  1. Melt caramels with water in a double boiler or in a saucepan over low heat.  Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth.
  2. Wash and dry apples; insert a stick in the stem of each.
  3. Dip into hot caramel sauce; turn until coated.
  4. Scrape off excess sauce from the bottom of the apples.
  5. Place on a greased wax paper.
  6. Chill until firm.
