Ingredients

Cheese ball

1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 shake Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 6 ounce can smoked salmon
1/2 cup ground pecans

Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball Directions

  1. Mix all ingrediens together and roll into a ball.
  2. Roll in chopped nuts
  3. Cover in plastice wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Notes

NOTE: If smoked salmon isn't available, you can substitute with canned, drained salmon and 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke.
