1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, chopped
3 medium green onions chopped
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix, dry
1 10 ounce pkg frozen chopped spinach

  1. Mix all together and serve in a hollowed french bread halves with slices of chopped bread
