3 heads broccoli, cleaned and chopped into small pieces |
1 lb bacon, cocked very crisply |
1 16 ounce Swiss cheese, grated |
1/2 med red onion, chopped finely |
Sauce
2 cups mayonnaise |
4 Tbs sugar |
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar |
Summer Broccoli Salad Directions
- Mix first four ingredients together.
- Add the sauce to the broccoli mixture and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
