Ingredients
Chili
8 ounces chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 Tbs olive oil |
1 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers |
2 cloves garlic |
3 Tbs flour |
1 4 ounce can mild jalepenos |
1/2 tsp oregano |
1 can Campbell's chicken broth with 1 can water |
3 15 ounce cans Great Northern white beans, drained |
2 tsp cumin |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 bag tortilla chips |
White Chili Directions
- Saute' chicken breats, onion, and olive oil
- Add bell peppers and garlic.
- Saute until tender.
- Sprinkle in foulr and still until mixed thouroughly
- Add jalepeno, oregano, chicken broth, water, beans, cumin and salt
- put into a crock pot and cook on high 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. (you can als simmer on the stove or cook in your instant pot.)
