Ingredients

Chili

8 ounces chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbs flour
1 4 ounce can mild jalepenos
1/2 tsp oregano
1 can Campbell's chicken broth with 1 can water
3 15 ounce cans Great Northern white beans, drained
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag tortilla chips

White Chili Directions

  1. Saute' chicken breats, onion, and olive oil
  2. Add bell peppers and garlic.
  3. Saute until tender.
  4. Sprinkle in foulr and still until mixed thouroughly
  5. Add jalepeno, oregano, chicken broth, water, beans, cumin and salt
  6. put into a crock pot and cook on high 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. (you can als simmer on the stove or cook in your instant pot.)
