Salad
2 Large Bunches (about 4 stems) broccoli |
1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced |
1 lb bacon, cooked, and chopped |
1/2 cup golden raisins |
1/2 cup dark raisins |
1 cup unsalted cashews |
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 Tbs cider vinegar |
Broccoli Salad Directions
- Mix all the ingredients, except nuts and bacon. with dressing.
- Add nuts and bacon just before serving.
Notes
May use 3/4 cup chopped green onion instead of red onion.
May use chopped nuts instead of bacon
