Ingredients

Salad

2 Large Bunches (about 4 stems) broccoli
1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb bacon, cooked, and chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dark raisins
1 cup unsalted cashews

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs cider vinegar

Broccoli Salad Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except nuts and bacon. with dressing.
  2. Add nuts and bacon just before serving.

Notes

May use 3/4 cup chopped green onion instead of red onion.

May use chopped nuts instead of bacon
