Ingredients

Salad

6 cup chicken cooked and cubed
3 cup rice, cooked, cold
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes
1 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
1 13 ounce can pineapple tidbits
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream

Marinade

4 Tbs oil
4 Tbs orange juice
4 Tbs vinegar
2 tsp salt

Chicken Rice Salad Directions

  1. Marinate the chickin overnight.
  2. Mad chicken to rice, grapes, celery, oranges, pineapple, slivered almonds, sour cream, and mayonnaise
