Ingredients
Salad
4 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
2 Tbs minced green onion |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
3 cups seedless grapes |
2 cups celery, diced |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice |
2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup cashew nuts |
Chicken Salad Directions
- In a large bowl combine chicken, salt and pepper, onion, celery, grapes, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- refigerate.
- Cook Macaroni in salted water until tender.
- Rinse and cool
- Add to chicken mixture
- Fold whipped cream into chicken mixture.
- Serve
