Ingredients

Salad

2 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup green onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Chicken Grape Salad Directions

  1. mix chicken, celery, green onions, almonds and grapes.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix ,ayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over chicken mixture and mix thouroughly

Notes

Note: If you want tob e fancy, this salad can be served in a cantelope ring or wedge.

To expand, add mandarine oranges and cooked rice, and  double the dressing.
