Ingredients

Salad

4 cups chicken cooked and cubed
1 cup pineapple chunks drained
1 1/2 cups red or green grapes
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
2 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup cashews

Chinese Chicken Salad Directions

  1. Combine the chicken, pineapple, grapes and celery in a large bowl
  2. Add mayonnaise and curry powder and mix thouroughly.
  3. Place in refrigerater and chill until ready to serve.
  4. Add chow mein noodles and cashews and serve
