Salad
1 bunch broccoli florets, bite-sized |
1 small red onion, sliced |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges |
1 lb bacon, fried and in broken min bits |
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 Tbs sugar |
2 Tbs cider vinegar |
Fresh Broccoli Salad Directions
- Mix the broccoli, red onion, rasins, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and mandarine orange.
- In a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, and pour over the broccoli bowl.
- Marinate overnight.
- Add bacon bits just before serving.
