Ingredients

Salad

1 bunch broccoli florets, bite-sized
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup raisins
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
1 lb bacon, fried and in broken min bits

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
4 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs cider vinegar

Fresh Broccoli Salad Directions

  1. Mix the broccoli, red onion, rasins, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and mandarine orange.
  2. In a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, and pour over the broccoli bowl.
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Add bacon bits just before serving.
