Ingredients

2 large oranges |
1 tbs orange zest, finely grated |
1 lb fresh cranberries, washed |
5 ounces dried cranberries |
1 stick cinnamon |
2 cloves garlic, mined finely |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
2 Tbs fresh ginger, finely chopped |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup basalmic vinegar |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
Two Cranberry Chutney Directions
- In a large no reactive saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes. until the liquid is evaporated and the chutney is thick.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with turkey or any other poultry.
