Ingredients

chutney

2 large oranges
1 tbs orange zest, finely grated
1 lb fresh cranberries, washed
5 ounces dried cranberries
1 stick cinnamon
2 cloves garlic, mined finely
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbs fresh ginger, finely chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup basalmic vinegar
1/4 cup cider vinegar

Two Cranberry Chutney Directions

  1. In a large no reactive saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes. until the liquid is evaporated and the chutney is thick.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with turkey or any other poultry.
