Ingredients

Beans

1/2 lb bacon
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 lb ground beef
2 cans pork & beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can french cut green beans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp dry mustard

Debbie's Beans Directions

  1. Cook bacon; drain and crumble.
  2. Cook ground beef; drain
  3. Saute' onion.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large kettle.
  5. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

good as a side dish or serve with ga green salad and bread for a main course
