Ingredients

Chinese Chicken Salad

1 medium head of cabbage
3 green onions, chopped
1 3- ounce package chicken flavored ramen
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 12.5 ounce can chicken

Dressing

1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Accent seasoning
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs sugar
1 seasoning packet from the ramen

Chinese Chicken Salad Directions

  1. Combine dry noodles from the ramen.
  2. Add all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix the dressing and toss onto the salad.
  4. If you have leftovers, add another packed of the dry noodles when ready to eat and it is as good or better as the first meal.
