Crescent Chicken Rolls
4 ounces cream cheese |
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
1 Tbs onion, minced |
2 Tbs melted margarine |
2 Tbs milk |
1/4 tbs salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
3/4 cup crushed croutons |
1 8 ounce container crescent rolls |
1/4 cup crushed pecans |
Crescent Chicken Rolls I Directions
- Cook chicken, cool and cube.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and melted butter together with mixer.
- Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and chicken.
- Stir well.
- Seperate rolls and roll a little larger.
- Place chicken mixture at large end of roll and roll into crescent shape.
- Dip in melted batter, roll in crushed croutons and nuts.
- Place in cookie sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 350° until golden brown
