Dust themeat with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown meat slightly in butter or margarine.
Remove meat from pan and saute onions and mushrooms in the same pan.
Por meat, onion-mushrooms and beef broth in crockpot on high; cover and cook 6 hours.
If you do not want to use a crockpot, make the stroganoff the same way and simmer it on the stove for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Watch it and possibly add extra beef broth.
Fifteen minutes before serving, start cooking the noodles.
thicke strganoff gravy with about 1/4 cup flour made into pase with broth or water.
Make the sauce fairly thick, because the sour cream will thin it greatly.
Add sour cream.
Serve on top of noodles.
