Ingredients

Marinated Flank Steak

1 flank steak (1 more if needed)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbs vinegar
3 Tbs honey
6 green onion chopped, including stems

Marinated Flank Steak Directions

  1. Heat together soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic powder, vinegar, and honey in saucepan until honey is melted.
  2. Stir in onions.
  3. Pour over flank steaks
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. This is a must!
  5. Grill steaks on the barbecue over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, basting with marinade and turning once..
  6. Slice the steaks diagonally into this slices to serve.
