Marinated Flank Steak
1 flank steak (1 more if needed) |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 tsp ground ginger |
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
2 Tbs vinegar |
3 Tbs honey |
6 green onion chopped, including stems |
Marinated Flank Steak Directions
- Heat together soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic powder, vinegar, and honey in saucepan until honey is melted.
- Stir in onions.
- Pour over flank steaks
- Marinate in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. This is a must!
- Grill steaks on the barbecue over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, basting with marinade and turning once..
