Ingredients
Parmesan Chicken
6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast |
20 Ritz Crackers |
1 tsp Accent salt |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1 large carton plain yogurt |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Parmesan Chicken Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large Ziplock bag, crush 1 tube of Ritz crackers,, then add garlic salt, and Accent salt to crackers.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Place chicken in sprayed insprayed 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
- Cover chicken with plain yogurt.
- Sprinkle entire cracker mixture over yougurt.
- Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over cracke rmixture.
- Pour melted butter over top
- Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
- Bake, covered or uncovered, according to crunshiness desired.
