Ingredients

Casserole

1 Tbs butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 5 1/2 ounce can chow mein noodles
1 5 ounce can tuna with liquid
1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp pepper

Tuna Chow Mein Casserole Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add celery and onion; cook and stir until onion is tender
  3. Reserving 1/4 cup of the chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
  5. Sprinkle with reserved chow mein noodles on top.
  6. Bake at 350°, uncovered for 30 minutes.
