Pork Chops with Brown Rice

6 pork chops
2 tsp salt
1 28 ounce can tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup onion
2 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cup water

Pork Chops with Brown Rice Directions

  1. Brown chops.
  2. Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
  3. Add everything else, placing pork on top.
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
