Ingredients
Italian Noodle Bake
12 ounce pkg wide egg noodles, cooked in lightly salted water |
1 lb hamburger |
16 ounce meatless spaghetti sauce |
2 cups mozzarella, shredded |
Cream Cheese Mixture
1 heaping cup cottage cheese |
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup diced onion (optional) |
1 tsp basil (optional) |
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional) |
Italian Noodle Bake Directions
- Cook wide egg noodles; drain and set aside.
- Brown hamberger and add spaghetti sauce.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer 1/2 cooked noodles(Run under hot water and drain to loosen.), all cheese mixture, remainning noodles and meat sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.
