Ingredients

Bread

3 large eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup honey
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup white flour
2 cup whole-wheat flour
3 tsp vanilla
2 cup pears, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup dried and sweetened cranberries
1 tsp orange peel zest

Cranberry-Pear Honey Bread Directions

  1. Beat eggs; add oil, and stir.
  2. Add brown sugar, and coney-cinnamon, soda, powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add flour (whole-wheat/white) slowly, 1 cup at a time.
  5. Stir well and add vanilla.
  6. Add peeled/chopped pears.
  7. Stir in dried cranberries, and oreange peel zets.
  8. Grease 2 bread pans.
  9. Bake at 325° for approximately 70 minutes
  10. Enjoy!
