Bread

3 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup salad oil
2/3 cup water
2 cup pumpkin
3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Pumpkin Bread Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing to combine without over mixing.
  2. Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.
  3. Can sprinkle sugar on top before baking in 8 x 4 inch bread pan.
