Ingredients

White chocolate Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheeseca

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 squares white chocolate. melted
1 prepared Graham cracker crust
3 Tbs red raspberry preserves

White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix well.
  3. Stir in melted chocolate.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Melt in microwave preserves for 15 seconds.
  6. Dot top of cheesecake with preserves and cut through to create swirls.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Coll, then refrigerate.
