Ingredients
Granola Bar Cookies
2 sticks butter |
3/4 cup white sugar |
1 1/2 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup applesauce |
1/3 cup water |
2 eggs |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 cups flour |
6 cup oatmeal |
1 tsp baking soda |
3/4 cup coconut |
3/4 cup raisins |
3/4 cup dried cranberries |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
Granola Bar Cookies Directions
- In a bowl, combine butter, sugars, applesauce, water, eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, and baking soda.
- Add combined flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Combine coconut, raisin, dried cranberries and walnuts,
- Add to butter mixture and mix well.
- Spread in a large shallow baking dish or 2 9 x 13 inch dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cook at 375° for 12 minutes or until edges are golden and middle is moist but not gooey.
- Cut into squares.
